A Violin by W E Hill & Sons, England C.1902.

W E Hill & Sons had arguably an unrivalled history in the world of Violin making and dealing. This violin made at the turn of the twentieth century, using outstandingly attractive Maple for the back, ribs and head, probably varnished by Alfred Hill, is a very attractive instrument. The violin modelled on an instrument by Antonio Stradivari, produces a sound of equally outstanding quality and is played professionally.
