A FINE ENGLISH VIOLIN BY BERNARD SIMON FENDT, EARLY 19TH CENTURY

An excellent English violin in our opinion by Bernard Simon Fendt. Fendt worked in the workshops of John Betts where they made superb copies of fine classical Cremonese instruments. This instrument is modelled on Antonio Stradivari and is a particular model made by Fendt probably while at the Betts workshop.

The violin is in a very good state pf preservation and possesses a fine sound.
